Butter with onion & chives

1 tablespoon of sliced green onions
1 teaspoon of chives
1/2  cup of butter (at room temperature)

Mix the onions, chives and the butter.  Shape into a roll of about 2.5cm diameter.  Allow to cool and cut into small discs.
