Chopped herbs "Amori e Aromi"

You will need 6 or 7 basil leaves, 2 sprigs of rosemary, 4 sprigs of garden savory, 2 sage leaves, 5 or 6 sprigs of marjoram, sesame seeds, extra virgin olive oil and salt to taste.
To prepare great herbs for hamburgers on the barbecue  it is necessary to rinse the herbs and remove the woody pieces.  Place the herbs on a chopping board and using a half moon or French cooks knife cut up the herbs finely.  Add the chopped herbs to the minced meat and then polverize the sesame seeds, mix them into the mince and put it aside for about an hour to flavour the mince. Once you have finished cooking the hamburgers sprinkle lightly with a little olive oil.
