Crackers with flavoured butter and Anchovies

Ingredients:
12 anchovy fillets
5g basil
5g chives
5g rosemary
60g butter
12 crackers

Process:
Finely chop the chives and the rosemary, then put the mixture in a bowl.  Chop the basil leaves and add them to the butter, which must be at room temperature; add the chopped chives and rosemary and mix well until a mousse is obtained.  Insert the mixture into a pastry bag with a starry nozzle, compose the crackers by squeezing a dollop of the butter cream onto each cracker.  Complete the dish by placing a rolled anchovy on top.
