Lemon Balm Elixir

Ingredients:
50g dried lemon balm leaves
500ml of alcohol 50°
150ml of water
150g of sugar

Process:
Steep the lemon balm in alcohol for at least 15 days.  Dissolve the sugar in water and add the syrup to the infusion.  Filter through a sheet of paper.
