Lemon Balm Elixir

50g dried lemon balm leaves
500ml of alcohol 50°
150ml of water
150g of sugar

Steep the lemon balm in alcohol for at least 15 days.  Dissolve the sugar in water and add the syrup to the infusion.  Filter through a sheet of paper.
