Oreganum Liquor
Ingredients:
600ml of water
250ml of alcohol 95°
550g of sugar
40g of oreganum
3g of marjoram
3g of lavender
3g of cinnamon
Process:
Steep the herbs and spices in alcohol for 10 days, in a glass airtight jar.
Dissolve the sugar in the water and add to the filtered infusion.
Mix well, sealing tightly, and leave to stand in the dark for a day, then filter, bottle and wait 3 months before tasting.
