Shrimps in Oreganum

Taggiasca extra virgin olive oil
Amori and Aromi oreganum
Salt and pepper to taste

Delicately place the shrimps on the previously heated griddle.  After cooking for 5 minutes turn them over and cook a further 5 minutes.  Salt and pepper to taste.  Arrange the shrimps on a serving dish along with a fresh salad and drizzle with Taggiasca extra virgin olive oil and freshly chopped oreganum.
